Prohibitions and legalization of anything or substance are two different aspects to think about and to work on. Prohibition of drugs happened because it was impacting people and especially teenagers and adults. People started to misuse of drugs harming the society and the peoples around. A doctor is eligible to prescribe you some drugs but with a limit, and factories that are authorized to make these drugs can only manufacture and distribute them but cannot prescribe to anyone if they are not doctors.
